Construction of a 440-unit residential town in the new city of Parand as an EPC

The new city of Parand is located 25 kilometers from Tehran on the Saveh Highway, and the project to build a 440-unit residential complex by Sabir International Company with a 40,000 square meter infrastructure is located in the best location of Phase 4 of Parand. This project is part of the 5,000-unit complex in the south of Phase 4, on a land area of ​​35,000 square meters, and is being implemented using a rapid construction system (tunnel formwork) in 22 5-story blocks with a concrete skeleton.
