1800 Residential Apartment Units in Parand

Parand is a town located on the Tehran-Saveh Highway, 25 km from Tehran, and this project consists
of an area of 185000 m2, and located in the North West of the town - Phase 6.
Project consists of design & construction (EPC) of 1312 residential units constructed by using
tunnel moulds. The projects consists of two types of blocks: 14 blocks with 12 stories & 15 blocks
with 14 stories.
