About The Project

The project area is located in Semnan province, 35 km from Shahrood city and 7.5 km west of Majen city. The dam's regulated water volume is 4.75 million cubic meters. This dam is constructed of earth with a clay core and a crest length of 260 meters and a height of 38 meters.

- Earth and gravel dam with a total volume of 500,000 cubic meters

- Discharge pipes including two 1200 mm lines, a total of 400 meters

- Spillway and other concrete structures with a total volume of 6,000 cubic meters

- Water transfer channel with a length of 1200 meters

- Construction of a permanent access road to the project
